These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the car rental services provided by
C.R.S. srl. By accessing our website or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must meet our minimum age requirements, hold a
valid driver’s license, and provide acceptable identification and
payment details.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Rental fees, deposits, taxes, and additional charges will be disclosed
during the booking process.

• Payment must be made using an approved payment method (it’s mandatory to have and show our staff a valid CREDIT CARD).
• Security deposits may be required
• Rates may vary based on rental duration and vehicle type
• We will not rent the vehicle and we will not refund you if you don’t have a valid CREDIT CARD.

3. Vehicle Use

You agree to use the rented vehicle responsibly and in compliance with
all applicable laws and regulations.

• The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes
• Smoking or pets may be restricted depending on vehicle policy

4. Insurance and Liability

Insurance coverage options may be offered at the time of rental. You are
responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle not covered by
insurance.

5. Fuel, Mileage, and Maintenance

Fuel and mileage policies will be specified in your rental agreement.

• Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level
• Mileage limits may apply to some vehicles
• You must promptly report any mechanical issues

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected rate and rental
terms.

• Late cancellations may incur fees
• No-shows may be charged the full or partial rental amount

7. Late Returns

Vehicles returned after the agreed time may be subject to additional
charges.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reckless or unsafe driving
• Using the vehicle for racing or towing
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Transporting illegal goods

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C.R.S srl shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of our website or vehicles.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a rental agreement
if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of
our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of italian state.

13. Rental Agreements

These terms are valid and applied both to our website and vehicles.

Before driving our vehicles Eurocar C.R.S. staff will fill a rental agreement with your personal informations. Those rental terms are specific for each different vehicle and not available to read here. You will be able to read the rental terms at our office or you can require us a pdf copy to read at our e-mail.
