To ensure a safe and legal rental experience on Lake Garda, all riders must meet the following mandatory requirements: Valid Driving License: We only rent high-quality scooters (125cc and above); therefore, we do not stock 50cc mopeds. To ride our fleet, you must have a valid Category B (car) license or a Category A (motorcycle) license. International Guests (Extra-EU): If your driving license was issued outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Australia, etc.), you must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your original domestic license, as required by Italian law. Mandatory Credit Card: A physical Credit Card in the main driver’s name is strictly required for the security deposit. Please note that we cannot accept Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, or Cash for the deposit. Important: Failure to provide a valid license or a proper credit card at the desk will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund. We recommend checking your documents carefully before arriving at our Desenzano office.

Yes, previous riding experience is strictly required. Please note that we are a rental agency, not a riding school. For your own safety and the protection of our iconic vehicles, we only rent to customers who are already confident in operating a scooter. We reserve the right to cancel a booking on the spot—without a refund—if we determine that the driver lacks the necessary skills to ride safely on the busy roads of Lake Garda.

We prioritize your safety. In the event of bad weather, we do not offer monetary refunds; however, we provide free rescheduling. You can move your rental to the next available sunny day at no extra cost. This allows you to enjoy the "Dolce Vita" experience on the Garda Lake in the best possible conditions.

Unlike many other rental companies, we believe in transparent pricing. All essential accessories are included for free in your rental. This includes two sanitized helmets, a professional security lock, a top box for your belongings, a local maps, and a smartphone holder. No hidden fees, no surprises—just hop on and enjoy the ride.
