All commercial vehicles in our fleet can be operated with a standard Category B (car) license. To rent a van, the driver must be at least 21 years old and have held their license for a minimum of 3 years. At the time of pick-up, both a valid license and a secondary form of ID (such as a passport or ID card) must be presented.

Every vehicle listed on our website includes detailed technical specifications, including internal cargo length, width, and height. We strongly recommend measuring your largest items (such as appliances or furniture) before booking. Please be aware that the driver is strictly responsible for ensuring the vehicle is not overloaded beyond its legal capacity as stated in the registration documents.

Yes. A physical Credit Card in the main driver’s name is mandatory for the security deposit. We cannot accept Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, or Cash for this purpose. This is a non-negotiable policy to cover the insurance deductible and ensure the safe return of the vehicle.

We understand that move-ins or business deliveries can often run late. After-hours returns may be possible but must be requested and authorized in advance by our staff in Desenzano. Please note that the vehicle remains the full responsibility of the renter until our staff officially inspects it upon reopening.

Our standard daily rate includes a limit of 200 kilometers. This is usually more than enough for local moves or deliveries within the Lake Garda and Brescia area. Extra Mileage: If you exceed the 200 km limit, an additional fee of €0.26 per kilometer will be applied upon return. Unlimited Mileage: Do you need to travel further (e.g., a long-distance move)? We offer an Unlimited Mileage option upon request. This service has a different pricing structure; please contact our Desenzano office before booking to receive a customized quote based on your itinerary.
